Please see our Offerings page for more details! In short, we offer 2 packages that include 3 wine tastings, either in a Standard or Premium bottle type.
There are a number of variables that determine which wines are selected for your event, including any customizations you indicate on your Booking Request Form.
In general, our Premium wines have a higher price point, or may come from a particular vintage or premium region.
Our minimum number of guests is 4, and our maximum is 15.
If your party is greater than 15 guests but you are still interested in a Wine With Us event, please reach out to us and we will see how we can accommodate!
To book with us, simply fill out our Booking Request Form! We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the date and details of your event.
Upon confirmation of details, we will provide you with a checklist for the day of the event, an electronic invoice, payment details and a Liability Waiver to sign and return.
If you have a specific date in mind, please fill out the Booking Request Form as soon as you can to secure availability. You can provide up to 3 dates on the form, but don't fret - if those dates don't work out, Wine With Us is happy to work with you to plan your event as soon as we can.
We are mobile and will come to you. All you need to do is let us know your location, and have a space large enough to host your guests and us. Please see the FAQ below for more information on "What do I need to provide?”
We travel to your location free of charge if you are within a 35km radius from Toronto's Union Station.
Beyond the 35km radius from Toronto's Union Station, we charge a travel fee of $1/km.
If you’d like to try a wine tasting, but don’t have the space to host– or perhaps want to have a tasting before a night out in the city – we have you covered! Get in touch with us and we can arrange to host the tasting in either the Leslieville or Harbourfront area (additional fees apply).
A tasting selection of 3 wines will be included. Each taste is approximately 2oz. We will bring glassware and will additionally provide you with light snacks, for which we will take any dietary restrictions into account. Every event starts with a pop of a bottle of bubbly too!
Our goal is to "make wine make sense" for you by breaking it down into the A, B, Cs so that you are not intimidated by the world of wine! We aim to make wine non-pretentious, and we would love to show you that anybody can learn about what they like and don’t like easily. We hope by the end of our tasting you’ll walk away knowing how to taste the various components of wine and choose a wine from a wine list in a restaurant and from a bottle shop with ease.
Ara and Iman are both WSET Level 3 certified with Distinction and Smart Serve certified.

We hope to celebrate milestone events, dinners with loved ones, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and corporate functions. All you need to do is fill out a few details in our Booking Request Form and we will handle the rest!

Most importantly: Please ensure all guests have a safe way home. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. Wine With Us assumes no liability for the injury and/or fatality of guests due to the consumption of liquor at an event.
*All glassware are properly sanitized at temperatures that exceed food safety regulations.
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to hold your event date. You will be emailed an invoice with payment details and instructions.
The remaining balance is due 72-hours prior to the event, with a 72-hour cancellation policy. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
CLIENT CANCELLATION:
If a cancellation is received 72-hours or more in advance, the client/guest(s) will forfeit the deposit but any remaining amounts are not due to be paid. If a cancellation is received with less than 72-hours of notice, the entire invoice balance is due.
You will also receive a final invoice once the remainder of your balance is paid.
WINE WITH US CANCELLATION:
If Wine With Us cancels due to illness or unforeseen circumstance, the deposit will be fully refunded to the guest. The guest may also choose to defer their deposit to another available date.
