It is your responsibility, as the Client, to ensure that all Guests are of legal drinking age and have a viable option for transportation or accommodation after drinking alcoholic beverages. Wine With Us assumes no liability for the injury and or fatality of Guests due to the consumption of liquor at an event. By filling out the Liability Waiver (emailed to you upon booking confirmation), you agree to our Release of Liability Policy. Wine With Us also reserves the right to perform ID checks and refuse service to any Guest that is showing signs of intoxication or is exhibiting actions of hostility.
Tastings must be held at a privately owned residence. For tastings held at a commercial property, please contact Wine With Us for more information.
For the purposes of all Terms and Conditions on this page, and any associated policies, including our Payment and Cancellation Policy, Release of Liability Policy, and Privacy Policy, please refer to the Definitions at the bottom of this page.
Payment:
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to hold the Client's event date. You will be emailed an invoice with payment details and instructions.
The remaining balance is due 72-hours prior to the party, with a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation:
By Client:
If a cancellation is received 72-hours or more in advance, the Client/Guest(s) will forfeit the deposit but any remaining amounts are not due to be paid. If a cancellation is received with less than 72-hours of notice, the entire invoice balance is due.
You will also receive a final invoice once the remainder of your balance is paid.
By Wine With Us:
If Wine With Us cancels due to illness or unforeseen circumstance, the deposit will be fully refunded to the Client/Guest(s). The Client/Guest(s) may also choose to defer their deposit to another available date.
We travel to your location free of charge if you are within a 35km radius from Toronto's Union Station.
Beyond the 35km radius from Toronto's Union Station, we charge a travel fee of $1/km.
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service or the Company and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects the Client/Guest(s).

Copyright/Usage
The Company may capture images during a Service or Wine Tasting Event for the purpose of business promotion only. Some photo content may be added to the Company’s website or social media page solely for the purpose of business promotion. You will not be compensated for the use of your photos if used for promotional purposes. If you express written non-consent to the use of your images for the above purposes, the Company will comply with your request.
